As with other Lotus and Water Lily Absolutes it is deeply relaxing, and can be used for calming and releasing tension when nerves and energy levels are frayed. It helps give relief from extreme stress and tension when burnt.
Golden Water Lily Absolute helps promote an ideal environment for meditation when burnt as it helps create a tranquil environment for spiritual reflection and quiet contemplation.
Golden Water Lily can be added to skin care preparations as it is anti-microbial and acts as a tonic, it evens out skin tone, reduces inflamed skins and is very soothing and calming and comforting for acne conditions. It also has an impressive anti-inflammatory index and so can be used to soothe dry and mature skin types, helping bring much needed comfort to tight and parched skins. It should be used very sparingly as the aroma is deep and strong - a little goes a very long way!
When used in massage it releases tension in sore and tense muscles and helps relieve discomfort in stiff and inflamed arthritic joints. It improves circulation and aids toxin removal.
