Traditional uses for Valerian Essential Oil include -
A calming and soothing oil.
Useful to help readdress poor sleep patterns - insomnia, broken sleep and trouble getting off to sleep. It promotes undisturbed sleep which in turn allows a fresher and more alert morning after.
Helps with anxiety and depression, it improves the mood and reduces tension.
Good to sooth digestive upsets such as stomach cramps, it also increases bowel movements and urination - to aid the strong detoxification that Valerian (particularly in massage) can benefit you from.
