Traditional uses for Japanese Sudachi Essential Oil include -
Sudachi are small, sour fruits, native to the Tokushima region of Japan.
Sudachi is a rare and precious Essential Oil that is hard to source but at Mantra Aromatherapy we are pleased offer this delightful product as part of our Japanese Essential Oil range.
As it is a rare product we are currently only able to offer pure Sudachi Essential Oil in 1ml and 5ml sizes.
The fruit rinds are pressed when the fruits are green and immature, and produce a delightful uplifting citrus aroma that also therapeutically packs a punch!
Sudachi Essential Oil is uplifting and refreshing to the body, and soothing/calming to the mind. It helps combat anxiety and nervous conditions when used regularly.
It is a strong anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory agent, making it useful in skin care support to de-toxify and remove impurities. It is great for oily and greasy hair and skin types as it can re-address and help normalize the balance of oil secretions.
In massage it is stimulating to the digestive and circulatory systems and helps to cleanse and remove impurities from the body.
Sudachi is also highly anti-bacterial, a useful anti-fungicidal agent and is naturally high in anti-oxidants - particularly sudachitin which is very useful to combat the aging process.
