Lesser Galangal has a stronger and more camphorous aroma than Greater Galangal making it a great choice for those who like strong, fresh and spicy-sweet aromas.
The therapeutic indexes of both types of Galangal are very similar but the aroma of Lesser Galangal is more pronounced and earthy.
