Gingergrass has antiseptic, antiviral and antibacterial properties.
It is calming and helps with nervous complaints, anxiety and anger.
It is a useful Essential Oil for the relief of stress related headaches, sinus congestion and upper respiratory conditions.
When used in massage it helps improve circulation and increases blood flow.
When burnt, it creates a balancing and calming aroma that is very pleasing and fresh.
