Traditional uses for Juniper Berry Essential Oil include -
Antiseptic and astringent qualities make it a good choice for skincare where oily skin, pre-acne or acne skin types present.
Useful diuretic, helps the body release toxins via urination. It also increases sweat and perspiration, which re-enforces the removal of toxins.
Deeply cleansing and an excellent tonic to the skin, helpful for treatment of Cellulilte when combined with Grapefruit oil.
Helpful with respiratory conditions such as a build up of phlegm, asthma and bronchitis. It is an antispasmodic and helps reduce coughing.
Has a sedative effect - reducing stress, tension, and anxiety and helps to regulate sleep patterns - broken sleep and insomnia.
