Traditional uses for Macadamia Nut Carrier include -
A great Carrier Oil to choose if you are looking to fortify a blend with a rich source of essential fatty acids such as Palmitoleic acid, and it is also an excellent source of Omega 3 and 6.
These nutrients help to keep the skin soft, supple and hydrated, which makes them a useful addition to products and blends specifically for dry, mature and parched skin types to increase their potency.
Macadamia Nut Carrier works well when blended with Evening Primrose Carrier to help heal scars quickly and will help to keep the skin hydrated and in good condition when used regularly.
Macadamia Nut Carrier should not be used on nut allergy sufferers, nor should it be used on spotty/acne prone skin types as it can aggravate the conditions due to its relative viscosity (thickness) and its very slow absorption rate.
The slow absorption rate makes it a good choice to add to other more easily absorbed carriers to allow prolonged slip.
Macadamia Nut Carrier Oil -
Can be added in a 10-20% dilution to enhance other carrier oils. Not widely used as a stand alone carrier due to its cost compared to other Carriers, so it is more commonly used to fortify other Carriers with its impressive qualities.

Product Safety -
Always store pure Carrier Oils in an upright position with their cap firmly secured in place.
To maximise the shelf life of any Carrier Oil it should be stored out of direct sunlight, in a cool, dry environment. - A medicine cabinet is ideal or Carrier Oils can also be refrigerated* to prolong their shelf-life.
*Please note that some Carrier Oils will become more viscous and/or solidify if stored below room temperature and will remain so until gently brought back up to room temperature.
Carrier Oils should never be -

never be put in or near the eyes nor put on areas of damaged or inflamed skin.
