Traditional uses for Jamarosa Essential Oil include -
Jamarosa is a relatively new edition to the range at Mantra Aromatherapy, but it has quickly become a firm favourite to burn due to its subtle sweet and rosy aroma, which reminds me of the fragrant home-made turkish delight of my youth!
It has a strong Antioxidant index help your body scavenge free radicals that damage cells.
It is useful to add to skincare preparations for dry, mature and parched skin types as it helps hydrate, nourish and keep the skin feeling soft and smooth, whilst toning and refreshing the skin at the same time, aiding a healthful glow.
It supports the Immune and Digestive systems and can be burnt during cold and flu season to help keep infections at bay.
Jamarosa combats stress, tension and anxiety, and although it has a refreshing aroma it will help calm and relax when burnt, bathed or massaged with. In this respect it is useful to assist with readdressing broken sleep patterns and trouble getting off to sleep.
Jamarosa is also a potent insect repellent, and is particularly effective when combined with Citronella Essential Oil.
