The first thing to remember when initially dipping your toes into the warm and inviting river of all things Sage is that not all Sage is created equal - choosing the wrong one can mean the difference between a restful night and a restless mind.

In the world of Aromatherapy, Sage usually refers to one of 3 distinct powerhouses - the brain-boosting and potent Common Sage, the hormone-balancing and floral Clary Sage or the gentle Spanish Sage, -
