This Essential Oil also has strong anti-microbial and anti-bacterial qualities and is useful to burn during cold and flu season to help protect from respiratory conditions and to boost the immune system.
Birch Tar is often added to skin care preparations to help readdress the balance of oily and acne skin types, but can also be effectively used for dry, mature and parched skin types, - hydrating, smoothing and soothing taught skins, making the skin feel softer and nourished.
