Oil taken from - Needles of the Scots Pine tree.

Extraction Method - Dry distillation.

Traditional uses for Pine Needle Essential Oil include -

eases the symptoms of colds and respiratory system infection. - sinus congestion in particular.  Also good at lifting headaches associated with upper respiratory conditions.

oil is refreshing, uplifting and stimulating to the mind and helps to aid concentration and positivity.  Pine Needle is also stimulating to the body when used in massage and helps improve a sluggish circulation.

useful oil to add to haircare preparations to help the hair feel soft, silky and shiny, excellent when combined with Rosemary essential oil to achieve this result.
