Traditional uses for Refined Rice Bran Carrier include -
Widely used for dry, mature, taught and parched skin types as it is nourishing and softening.
Refined Rice Bran Carrier is rich in the anti-oxidant Ferulic Acid which helps the body combat free radicals. This helps protect sun damaged skin from further UV injury particularly when used in combination with with Vitamin E Carrier as protecting agents.
Used as an enriching massage medium for hands on massage, as a Carrier Oil to dilute Essential Oils into and can also be added to skin care preparations to enhance and add nourishment the qualities of the blend or product.
Commonly added to anti-aging face creams, it softens the skin and has excellent hydration and emollient qualities.
It is also used as an addition to baby massage products as it is gentle on new skins and provides a protective barrier to the skin when it is most vulnerable as an infant - often used in combination with Jojoba Carrier for this purpose.
Refined Rice Bran Carrier Oil -
Can be added in a 10-20% dilution to enhance other carrier oils, and can help provide prolonged slip during massage due to its slow absorption rate. Not recommended to use as a stand alone carrier as even in its Refined format as it is still very rich and is better suited to enhance carriers with its impressive qualities.

Product Safety -
Always store pure Carrier Oils in an upright position with their cap firmly secured in place.
To maximise the shelf life of any Carrier Oil it should be stored out of direct sunlight, in a cool, dry environment. - A medicine cabinet is ideal or Carrier Oils can also be refrigerated* to prolong their shelf-life.
*Please note that some Carrier Oils will become more viscous and/or solidify if stored below room temperature and will remain so until gently brought back up to room temperature.
Carrier Oils should never be -

never be put in or near the eyes nor put on areas of damaged or inflamed skin.
