Cedarwood Atlas is a notable anti-inflammatory and can be useful for arthritic pain, muscular aches, strains, pains and tension.
It has traditionally been used as an expectorant for upper respiratory congestion and is soothing to a dry and barking cough.
Cedarwood Atlas is excellent for skincare support - it is nourishing to dry, itchy, inflamed and sore skin conditions, - good for eczema in particular, but also offers useful support for acne and dermatitis.
It helps stimulate hair growth when used with rosemary, and is good for reducing dry and irritated scalps.
